Shipping Policy

  • CR World has a commitment to have our orders shipped within 2 business days of when the order is placed. We select the shipping method based on the lowest cost carrier with the fastest shipping time. You may choose to upgrade your shipping to a faster method of your choice at an additional cost.
  • Delivery time can depend on the selected carrier and service it provides.
  • Business days are Monday – Friday, not including Saturday, Sunday or any USPS, UPS, or FedEx holidays.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will have an added surcharge fee of 12% of your merchandise total.

Autoship

  • CR World reserves the right to change the prices for any products in its product line, the charges for shipping and handling, and to discontinue any products in its line.
  • Voluntary cancellations will be effective in the calendar month in which they are received by CR World so long as the credit card has not already been charged for the next recurring order. If you cancel after your account has been charged, the cancellation will become effective for the following order cycle.
  • The amount for each actual Autoship order may vary due to changes in price, promotions or incentives and shipping amounts. Autoship orders will reflect pricing at the time of shipment, including any sale and promotional/ incentive pricing.
  • Autoship orders are normally processed on or about the day of the month selected to ship. If a recurring order processing date falls on a weekend, holiday or a non-shipment day, Participant’s Product order will be processed on the next business day.
  • If a Product is temporarily out of stock, Participant will receive an e-mail notification. If Participant’s Autoship order is not canceled, the Product will be shipped when it is in stock. If a Product is discontinued by CR World, CR World will continue to send Participant the remaining Products specified in Participant’s Autoship order. If the discontinued Product is the only Product in Participant’s Autoship order, the Product order will be canceled in its entirety.
  • Shipping restrictions may apply. Any delivery or shipment date provided by CR World to you is the CR World’s good-faith estimate.
  • The Autoship Program is only available to Participants in the United States. CR World cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Offices or wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Any surcharges normally added will also be added to Autoship flat rate or free shipping benefits.
  • Participant may modify, manage and/or cancel his/her Autoship orders by logging on to his/her account on website.
  • CR World will continue to ship Products selected by Participant unless Participant modifies, changes or cancels his/her order online at least 3 days before the next scheduled order date or change instructions are received in writing by CR World at least 7 days before the next scheduled shipment date to CR World or customer service. Change requests received online within 3 days or received by written notice within 7 days of the next scheduled ship date will take effect in the month AFTER the next scheduled shipment date.
  • CR World reserves the right to amend the Autoship requirements at its sole discretion by posting a notice on its website at least 30 days before going into effect.
  • CR World may discontinue the AUTOSHIP Program without advance notice.
  • Participant understands and agrees that CR World may terminate this Agreement and Participant’s AUTOSHIP Program without notice if the credit card(s) to which a Participant has authorized charges becomes expired, canceled or charges are declined by the bank issuing the card for any reason.
  • Participant understands and agrees that participation in the AUTOSHIP Program may be suspended and/or terminated without notice if Participant violates any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or at the sole discretion of the CR World. If Participant’s Agreement is terminated for any reason, the CR World may, at its sole discretion, authorization and agreement, decline Participant from resubmitting any future AUTOSHIP Program Agreements.
  • CR World’s standard return and refund policies, as specified in CR World’s Refund Policy on CR World’s website, apply to all CR World Autoship orders placed by Customers. CR World offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all CR World products purchased by Customers. Customers not completely satisfied may return the purchased products to CR World for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of the Customer purchase date. A signed and fully completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) must accompany a product return. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing. Promotional products and gift items may not be available for replacement, and may, at CR World’s discretion, be exchanged for an item of equal value.
  • Preferred Customers and Customers may also CANCEL this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within 3 BUSINESS DAYS from the date it was executed (5 DAYS for Alaska residents; 15 DAYS for Montana residents).
  • CR World’s return and refund policies applicable to product orders by CR World Advocates are specified in the CR World Application & Agreement terms and conditions and CR World Advocate Policies & Procedures.
